WEST PALM BEACH, Fla. —The Palm Beach County Sheriff's Office confirmed Thursday morning that a man accused in an overnight shooting is now behind bars.

The shooting happened just after midnight at a strip club called Sugar Daddy's, just off South Military Trail in West Palm Beach.

The man deputies were after led them on a car chase, then parked in a neighborhood southeast of Southern Boulevard and Jog Road and took off running.

Authorities set up a perimeter and used police K-9 units to help track him down.

His identity has not been released, nor was any information available about the person who was shot.

Ya know, I expect this kinda shit in Palmdale, not Palm Beach. If it was at a retirement center then it would've been in Palm Springs.

^^^ Palm Beach is really the name of the *county” – Sugardaddy’s is in the city of West Palm Beach in Palm Beach county.

There is also the town of Palm Beach where the ultra-wealthy live and play.
