Virginia Strip Club Suspended For Health Violations
The music was thumping and a woman was applying for a job when WUSA9's Russ Ptacek arrived at the noon hour at the gentlemen's club, Paper Moon, located on Amherst Avenue in Springfield, Virginia.
Inspectors cited Paper Moon with 7 infractions, including no one certified in managing food safety and the bare handed violation involving the scooping of salsa with improper utensils, but we did observe them using hand sanitizer.

Yeah, there's no way anyone's getting a handjob there haha. You used to not even be able to touch the dancers' breasts. I've worked there and I currently work at the Paper Moon down in Richmond ... Also, would not eat at either establishment. The wait staff is just a couple brain cells up from being a zombie.
I've been to that place.... I remember getting a dance from "Star", apparently named for her tattoo. Nice dance, but still don't think I'd get too excited about going back.
