Why not try regular night clubs for meeting women? This might seem scary to you guys at first since you won't have money to prop you up, keep the women around for, but I think you will find that women in these environments quite expect to be approach by strangers, and they are generally pretty friendly when you do talk to them. Plus they don't expect money for talking to you. (If they do ask you to buy them a drink, just ignore the question and talk about interesting things).
