I'm going to be in Columbia this Saturday staying somewhere near the comedy house. I will be without a car for the evening. Are there any descent clubs within cab ride?

Platinum Plus is the best. Sister club Heartbreakers is the 2nd best. From the Comedy house to PP is. I-20 E 11.56 miles 17 mins / 16 mins based on current traffic SC-277 N 11.30 miles 17 mins / 17 mins based on current traffic No other clubs worth going to. 362 Jacob RdColumbia, SC 29210-8017

If you go, I would buy some ear plugs first unless you want to take a chance on having your ears ringing. I like getting the smaller foam ones without a string so they can go completely in the ear and aren't very noticeable. Since everyone has to shout in those two clubs to be heard, blocking out some of the noise doesn't cause a problem.
