Is there a connection between menu availability and time of the month?

I don't mean THAT time of the month...

She paid bills, bought stuff, blew a wad, bailed her PL boyfriend and oh-oh......forgot rent's due.

They're always broke, but around rent time it's particularly bad.

And even though they are broke, they still make alot more money than nukey-boy. In fact, nukey's main reason for being in the clubs is to try and "borrow" money from them.

Sorry, but if nukey wants a loan from he me he is going to have to put either his sister or his mother up as collateral. Who knows where they would end up after that? Working some highway in the Czech Republic? Dubai? Maybe Mumbai if I decided to be really mean.
