Anytime anyone here feels like saying "the coast is clear", "things are going well,what could possibly go wrong", recall Colts/Steelers playoff game whereby sportscaster repeatedly touted "Mr. V" as being the most accurate kicker in the NFL, only to have him miss big time.

How often would we hear "He shoots, he scores?"
I was thinking baseball metaphores were more apt.
Four years ago when the Patriots and the Rams where tied in the Superbowl with very little time left on the clock John Madden suggested that the Patriots would take a knee and go into overtime. Bill Belichick and Tom Brady must not have heard him from the broadcast booth. They took the kickoff and drove downfield into field goal position where "automatic" Adam Vinatieri promply kicked the game winning field goal. Madden was speechless-a first for him.
By the way, the only player on the Colts who is a bigger pussy than Peyton Manning is Mike Vandermouth.
