If you found out that you got an STD like HIV, hepatitis, HPV, herpes etc after getting lapdances and MORE? Would you want the dancers to be tested for STDs before they are hired on especially in clubs known for extras?
From you have it and she has it, it does not follow that she gave if to you. Maybe you got it somewhere else and have it to her. Or you both for it elsewhere.
Now to get a little more precise , the HIV virus does mutate enough that they could rule out the latter case in theory. Other STDs no.
I suggested to an ATF years ago that perhaps she should get checked out for some bad guys hanging out in her love tunnel, as the end of my dick always burned for 4 or 5 days whenever she and I had BBFS ITC. She got up and hissed, "how dare you suggest that I have an STD. I'm perfectly clean and you're the only one I'm having sex with these days. So maybe it's you asshole".
Mandatory testing would be the only way dancers would agree to allowing the truth to be known.
The club would probably argue they are not liable for something you may have obtained from an independent contractor working in their place. Plus this might be like proving you did something illegal to get the std. It might be similar to someone complaining to the police that the illegal drugs they bought from some guys on the street weren't right and asking the police to go arrest the other guys.
Someone did this. The police arrested everyone involved. The people selling the drugs and the buyers complaining they were ripped off were all arrested. I simply thought, what a bunch of idiots.
There's absolutely no way you'd ever win that case mandatory testing will never be required of dancers as they aren't supposed to be providing sexual services in the first place. Basically, the only thing you can do is wrap it up and hope for the best because even of a dancer is saying she's only having sex with you, it ain't true. Either compensated or not, she's fucking someone else and who knows who THEY'RE fucking. I worked at a club with an HIV+ dancer that got caught raw dogging a dude in the bathroom.
Bullwinkle: [quotes] "Some twenty seven other states in the country have enacted criminal statutes that allow for prosecution of those who know they are infected with the HIV virus and engage in sexual conduct without disclosure."
It would be interesting to know which 27 states those are, and if there have been actual prosecutions, because most who work on the frontlines in AIDS/HIV think that transmission laws are a bad idea. This is because it discourages people from voluntarily getting tested.
Everyone wanting to sue for anything nowadays. If you go bareback with a stripper ITC and u catch something, well u had sex and lost try again next time. Only have urself to blame really cuz its very rare that a stripper would be knowingly spreading STD's all over the place. It happens but not often. That being said I raw dog my ATF all the time, been 3 months and I appear clean so I had sex and won :P If I would have lost id be pissed but I'd only blame myself
Ya know, at some point people need to man up and admit their responsibility for their own actions. I've done extras in clubs. I know the risks and the proper precautions- and yes, condoms can break or otherwise fail. Alcohol weighs in as factor as well. When it comes down to it, this is NOT something that clubs hold a gun to your head over.
Now where I do think some clubs should be held much more accountable is pushing drinks on customers who might need to be sober on the road. In the Detroit area Bogarts and Henry VIII's are terrible about this, which is why I've abstained from these clubs. Mandatory drinks over 2, telling a patron who has bought several drinks that they need a fresh one to stay- shot girls who won't say no..... not a responsible way to run their bar IMO. Fun places- but an accident waiting to happen.

How do you prove you got it there for one thing? Or you weren't the one who gave it to them?
