If distance between arena and club is a factor, Minneapolis would be great, as a couple clubs are within walking distance of the Target Center.
Dallas, Seattle, NY & Houston are some of the best cities!
Admitedly I haven't been to San Antonio in a long time, but when I was there there were absolutely no stripclubs in the downtown area near the arena, they were all located around the loop or beltway a decent drive away from the downtown. They did have a few good clubs though. In DC there are some clubs very close to the arena, but they suck.
If you're weighing the location of the arena as a factor, the Palace of Auburn Hills is a many miles from the nearest good clubs on 8 Mile and another half hour from the best clubs by the airport. Ford Field is less than half the drive to the airport and at least has some clubs within walking distance in Greektown, although I don't thing they're very good.
