Strategy

Some of these threads got me thinking. . .What is your strategy when you go to a club for the first time?
Do you use your usual methods to get a feel for the club, using your spider-sense to figure out whether this club doesn't make the cut after the first X minutes? How long do you give it before you fold your tent? (What are the red flags or warning signs that you have come to recognize personally of an evening quickly circling the drain?)
Or do you resist your first impulse to flee, waiting it out because you have had enough instances where the first impression was not accurate and you think that there may be more than meets the eye? (Have you had any of those nights where all signs looked bad, and then they suddenly significantly improved? Was it that one dancer that clicked with you or were you still the only guy in the place that was being ignored?)
Got something to say?
