Are strippers charging for INTIMACY in some strip clubs?

Do strippers who try to sell "private sessions in VIP" charge for INTIMACY? I have read on stripper oriented boards about strippers trying to "sell sessions in VIP" while CLAIMING that they do not SELL SEXUAL SERVICES.
