Good 80's stripper songs.

just_sean
hey guys, i'm going to my regular club tonight and they're doing an 80's night schtick.
One of the things I like to do is make the girls I chat with dance to sets of music that I pick. I have some good ideas but 80's really isn't my thing. So you tusclers have 2 hours to recommend me some must hear or more like must see a bitch dance naked to 80's music. thanks.
Comments
last commentEven though the 1980'2 is in my main music era, I won't be recommending to someone who uses the word BITCH regarding dancers.
I agree with Alucard, the vast majority of dancers are 180 degrees from my definition of "bitch".
However, having gone to college in the 1980s, I will recommend 2 classic songs from that era.
Girls, Girls, Girls by Motley Crue. No explanation should be necessary.
Pour Some Sugar on Me by Def Leppard.
I agree. After I saw that, this thread became 'ignored'
One of my favorites always dances to this.

My 3 favorite recommendations:
Prince
Prince
Prince
You can't go wrong with Prince, bitches.
Sean, that bitch reference is wayy less than cool dude....
Please sir, we have standards to maintain here
Lying, thieving, whores - Acceptable
Bitches - NOT acceptable
When I spent a lot of time at the old "Danny's" in Memphis in the 80's, the two most popular songs were "Centerfol Girls" by J Giles band, and the 8 minute version of "Purople Rain" by Prince. Purple Rain was announced and everybody scrambled to get their favorite dancer for the 8 minute lap dance.
Relax by Frankie Goes To Hollywood, as featured in the classic, and relevant, Brian Depalma film, Body Double.
@loosenut Can't say I recognize the song by title, but Body Double was a great film. Depalma was criticized by many for ripping off Hitchcock. In fact, Body Double was his TRIBUTE to Hitchcock, his idol and inspiration.
I could turn on my tv and hear a number of 80's songs I like. When a scary dancer goes on stage, have them play Thriller. When the club is about ready to close, have them play "Can't Drive 55" or whatever song by Van Halen that was called. Was "Hungry like the Wolf" an 80's song? I don't even know if I have the song title correct.
Nothing says 80's like www.youtube.com
"Was "Hungry like the Wolf" an 80's song? I don't even know if I have the song title correct."
Yed, "Hungry like the Wolf" alone with "Rio" are both iconic 80's Duran Duran.
BTW, Vevo can eat a dick.
Dog, great list. I think some of those are actually 90s songs. Divinyls hit in 1991 in Oz, probably later here.
I'd throw in some 80s girl groups, like Blondie, Cyndi Lauper, or even Madonna.
Rick Astley?! Ugh! But yes, very 80s.
My favorite
The Tube's = She's a Beauty

"Purple Rain was announced and everybody scrambled to get their favorite dancer for the 8 minute lap dance"
I CAN'T imagine an 8 minute Song for Lap Dancing to these days of 3 minutes or less!!!
Anything by The Captain & Tennille!
Yup. There were great songs but some real duds too. Maybe all decades are like that.
The bad:
Never Gonna Give You Up
By the afore mentioned Rick Astley(the little man with the big voice)
Wake me up (before you go go)
Wham! (too gay for me)
Lady in Red
Chris de Burgh (put me to sleep)
The Good:
You Shook Me All Night Long
AC/DC
Jessie's Girl
Rick Springfield
Sweet Child O Mine
G n' R
The Breakup Song
The Greg Kihn Band
I wonder how many members EVEN know who The Captain & Tennille are, much less having listened to one of their songs. ;) :) NOT a typical Stripping song!
Have you ever listened to the Spanish version of "Love Will Keep Us Together"?
I prefer it to the English version.
Eclipse by the heart- from Bonnie Tyler!!! I still can't believe they played that song at CC. Ever since then i hear that song every other week.
"I wonder how many members EVEN know who The Captain & Tennille are, much less having listened to one of their songs. ;) :) NOT a typical Stripping song!'
IDK, there's some pretty suggestive lyrics in "Muskrat Love"
The Captain & Tennille were big time. They landed their own weekly TV variety show.
At least in that regard, times have changed for the better.
Heaven help us if they started handing out TV shows to the likes of Nicki Minaj, Katy Perry, or Pitbull?

One of my all times 80s favorites

I would fuck Susanna Hoffs anytime, anyplace.
"Anything by The Captain & Tennille!" 'twas a joke!
Drop Dead Legs - Van Halen
ILBTs (I Like Big Tits) - Joe Walsh
"Anything by The Captain & Tennille!" 'twas a joke!"
Yeah, I think most of us got it. As was my remark that they got their own tv show.
I don't know if the studio execs in the 70's and 80's were doing too much coke or they're just idiots - but they gave variety shows to anyone who had one or two hits
Tony Orlando, The Mandrell Sisters, The Hudson Brothers, Starland Vocal Band, Mac Davis, Helen Reddy,,,,the list is endless.
And who can forget Pink Lady & Jeff?
well I left before getting to read any replies.
wow, a lot of people take type very literally and seriously I see. I used the word bitches in an ironic, humor-intended, dumb ebonics type of way..if the truth isn't good enough for you and the realization that you may be a little too uptight stings, my apologies.
I roll solo and usually end up with 3 dancers with me during even the most busy times of night. Funny thing is money expenditure is at a minimun and I be kickin' it with these bitches. Now do you think I put all that together by being the type of man that literally calls women bitches in a total meathead jerk-off sense? think not.
btw, i had a blast and the one song that i heard last night that I really fell in love with was the smith's how soon is now. I had forgotten what the song was until I read MADDOG ROMEO's list.
Thank you very much.
Damn too late I was gonna recommend some Genesis, Kenny Loggins, Peter Gabriel... maybe they'll have another night!
Good 80's music is left over 60-70's music.
Yeah, if TheMalibu is truthful when he states " I own a strip club in Miami Beach.", he should read the pathetic reviews of the ONLY SC in Miami Beach and certainly not tend to brag about it!
