Do strippers develop contempt for customers who spend money buying them drinks, paying for conversation, and buying lap dances and extras from them? If we were to rate these things, purchasing which would develop contempt the deepest and fastest? As customer spends more money and more regularly do the strippers hold him in greater and greater contempt?

Not so. They may have contempt for not spending plenty of money!
