  A dancer bought me a drink once. But that probably amounts to less than 2% of what I've spent on that dancer. My favorite SC bartender has given me free drinks a couple times.
  
  I get in free most nights at one club I frequent, depending on who's working the door.
  
  I sometimes get free dances, usually on my birthday. Not often. Maybe five times in my entire career.
  
  Then there's the "free" crap they sometimes give out here in the Detroit clubs, like T-shirts and porn videos.

  Well, if you pay to get in, tip dancers, and buy dances, then nothing is really free. My freebie was a hug and kiss and homemade cookies from a dancer in the parking lot. Then I went home.
