A 'Regular's' Price vs. 'Road Warrior's' Price

Sunday, March 11, 2012 4:17 AM
I am not a regular at any single club and I can't be called any dancer's regular but, my oh my, do I like what I can buy in hardcore SCs in different parts of North America! tuscl has given me some bargaining power when I visit new clubs but I very rarely get service for the same price as regulars report paying in the same club. I can understand a dancer's economic rationale for different prices for different customers. And, I can understand shadowcat's disgust at guys like me paying more for the going rate. Has any numbers weenie here on tuscl ever figured out some comparison ratio for HJ, BJ, or FS prices for regulars as opposed to same service prices for a road warrior like me? My experience suggests I usually must pay 50%-100% more (unless the club is an out-and-out bordello like Bogarts in Detroit or Cannonball in Toronto).

Art, I am beginning to appreciate guys like you. You help subsidize my play. LOL. They only data I can go by is what my favorites tell me. "I normally charge XXX but for you XX." So I am getting roughly a 33% savings.

Price for me has dropped over time from 400 to 150. The club customers help subsidize my play. When I go to Detroit I pay the road warrior prices but prices there are already lower than Ohio.

I should mention the 150 price is with my regular ATF. I dont know other prices for columbus escorts or OTC. Columbus is the most expensive city in Ohio and the only city in ohio with 40-50/song lap dances. Most clubs do run 2 for 1 specials but if you like doing more than just a 2/1 deal it gets expensive. Detroit seems to have prices like 100 HJ, 100-200 BJ or 200-300 FS. I have been quoted $800 for FS in Detroit but she seemed like a ROB and was hanging out at the bar showing pictures on her cell phone to her regular customer for nearly an hour.

strippers charge different anounts each day no matter who you are

The price is just as likely to change for how busy the club is, what day of the week it is, whether the rent is due, whatever. Once the stripper knows that he has you hooked as having her as a favorite she knows that she doesn't have to compete for you on price. You will also be the first one she comes to you with some sob story about hw she needs some money for some reason.

having an ATF has benefits and disadvantages. It is true they will come to you first with their sob stories about bills but they are also more considerate and open-minded to you when you have your sob stories about why you need to get a cheaper price.

It does make business sense for dancers to discriminate between regulars and out-of-towners. They will never see the out-of-towners again, and so they should try to charge the maximum price for the minimum service. But regulars should be given lower prices and better service so they keep coming back for more. In my regular club, I'm not sure what discount the strippers give to regulars, but I think it's significant. A dark haired favorite of mine once said about the businessmen stopping in from the airport that she "wouldn't put her lips on it" for less than $600. That's twice what I've ever been charged.

Maybe we should go over to pink site and see if they have an article on price discrimination.

Fm what I've seen when I've made the mistake of venturing out, during the two major strip club benefitting events in Louisville, the Farmer's convention and the Derby Festival, the regulars, including me now, tend to stay out of the clubs. Prices go up and availability goes down.

georgmicrodong - During Breeders Cup and Derby Week the dancers are subsidizing their whole year. Actually the whole hospitality industry partakes in the annual robfest during derby week. Thats why I just stay across the river and have the casino send me some 'company' at their expense. Of course they end up getting a very good tip. Louisville strip clubs are not the greatest to begin with so you can't blame the dancers for robbing the out of towners when they get the chance. That way the few regular patrons are subsidized and don't get ripped off as much.

Short maybe stripper shit story from a girl I met at PHC. She charged me slightly higher than normal pricing on a very busy night but nothing compared to the Detroit's last super bowl. She meets a guy during the super bowl weekend. Guy says he is looking for something extra and she replies with well what do you usually pay. He responds with 3 grand. She says I usually won't do it for less than 4 grand and he says o.k. After better than expected service he throws in an extra grand for five total. I have seen prices much lower than I have every paid and much higher than I could ever pay. If you can can pay between 100 and 300 for what you are looking for I think you are doing well.

Given some of the numbers I see around here, I am damned sure that I am paying road warrior prices as well. My OTC events never go much below $300, which is a good bit highr than some of you local dogs are paying in places like South Carolina and Pasco County, FL. I will say though that I am a touch on the picky side, so the girls that I mess around with tend to be attractive and I have no problem paying the freight. I also don't want to sit there bickering over a few bucks. I find that $300 is enticing enough to get the job done in most places, but not so much that I feel like I'm being ripped off. I always negotiate for a solid hour and never pay upfront, so they aren't running out the door with that money after a 5 minute bang and go. If I am feeling particularly frisky, they REALLY need to earn that money, while other times I do cut it short and send them on their way with cash in hand.

rickdugan, I agree $300 is a good price for OTC. $100 for HJ $200 for BJ $300 for FS I don't like having to pay more than those prices for OTC/extras. I have paid $400 once and was ripped off but it was a learning experience and eventually she started to come down to as low as $80-250.
