Another Moralistic Story about Exotic Dancers

Detroit strip clubs
News shows often present stories about exotic dancers or strippers because such stories are sure to draw viewers. Sex sells. But the shows invariably take a moralistic tone like this one:

Yes, these stories often do. Especially on a Fox network local news show. It does serve a useful purpose. Danger is everywhere and some of these sex workers put themselves in dangerous situations. With any luck, maybe these stories will penetrate some of their skulls to lessen their vulnerability.

I like the stories about truck drivers. Automobile Parts sells! (NASCAR is the most popular sport in USA, after all.) The truth is, driving can be a dangerous thing for a woman. Many of us don't know what goes on when they leave their club drunk and have to get behind a wheel. We reap all the benefits of their choice of lifestyle, but they deal with the social ills of being arrested for drunk driving. But at the end of the day, it's certainly their choice, since obviously a young lady from a broken home who has been brought up in a major American city will have access to excellent educational opportunities for free, given that the public education system of our fine nation is the envy of the developed world, so all she has to do is sign up for one of the many high-paying jobs that are readily available widely across our country at this time. Heck, she could ask to be a paralegal or a medical secretary and not even NEED that hard-won fourth-grade level of literacy that she eked out of her GED after having to deal with so many teachers who only had third-grade levels themselves. So, it's certainly true, they chose their profession, absolutely, just like all those people who chose to lose their jobs recently. And the ones who chose to retire when their age turned to above 67 and it was mandatory for them to withdraw much of their savings from mutual funds despite the fact that the stock market values were so low that withdrawal turned paper losses into painful real losses. Yessirree they chose to turn 67 when they did, no doubt about it, and they chose to put that money in those risky (entirely unavoidable, but risky none the less) investments like the American stock market. It's a choice. They have nobody but themselves to blame. I know I chose to have a dick that needs young women to suck on it. I chose it, and I can damned well choose not to have one whenever I want, but as long as I choose to have a dick that needs young women to suck on it, then I'm going to have to live with the consequences of that choice.
