New Survey: It's All About the Benjamins (Part1)

Because free surveys are limited to 10 questions, this will the first of a multi-part survey on when and how much money gets spent by TUSCL members. I only got up to tipping at the stage, so the next survey will get to "the good stuff".

In some cases you may be asked to give a percentage or dollar amount. Please use the % or $ in you answer so that it is clear what you mean. Likewise, for some questions you should enter a 0 if you would not tip in that situation and a "99" if you typically do not have to make a tipping decision (i.e. because there is no Bathroom Attendant in the strip clubs you visit, etc.).
