I can't stand reality television. It's cheap, dumb, and not reality (it's dramatized). That said. I got addicted to Storage Wars and got my friends watching it. LOL They started calling me Barry because Barry Weiss on the show dresses like me with the Guayaberas and Hawaiian shirts and kind of talks like me. Then, we noticed he called something an 'ATF' and defined it "That means it's my All Time Favorite." !! and then got a measly $120 for something and he said "Well, that's lap dance money..." and then he said something else about strippers a few episodes later.
So, Barry Weiss is a PL. LOL go watch Storage Wars.

I agree with you about reality television. I hope this genre will soon run it's course.
Having said, I do like Pawn Stars. It's well done and each character is entertaining. I've never watched Storage Wars.

I watch almost no TV. That being said, I do like "Pawn Stars", "Hardcore Pawn", "Rick's Restoration", "Real Deal", and "Storage Wars". I only catch them occasionaly, usually late at night. I deal in antiques and collectables so naturally have an interest in the items on these shows. Some of the characters on the shows do get annoying, especially on "American Pickers". I do like to watch Barry and glad to know he is one of us. If somebody in California has a way to contact him let him know about this site.

I think "porn wars" would be better. Combine it with "American Idol" style audience-voting.
