In 30-something years of clubbing, I've only had 2 dancers provide me with DFK, both times, their idea. Not coincidentally, those two ladies remain my favorites to this day. Strange. I find that about three quarters of strippers who do OTC will do DFK. Not many are willing to do DFK in the club (persumably because it would be too easy for others to see what they were up to), but that does happen.
