ever take a non-dancer to VIP?

Bartender, yes. Not much interesting elsewhere in the place; she was easily dancer material herself, and hotter than the dancers. Turned out to be less full of shit than the dancers, too. Gave an outstanding dance, so it's entirely possible she was a dancer at some point.

As for how to approach it, I just asked if she did lap dances, and would she for me? She said yes.

gmd, how was she dressed? Because this girl usually wears painted-on jeans (with an ass that could launch 1000 ships), so I think it'd be VIP or nothing for her.

As I recall, she was wearing the uniform of the place in question. A tux like top, with cummerbund, and a short, but not micro, skirt, and black stockings. Flattering, at least to this girl, but not ship launchingly so.

Some clubs are strict and won't allow the staff to do lap dances because it competes with the money that could have been spent on their dancers who are spending $50+ on a house fee. Other clubs (the ones with low house fees) are more laid back and will let you do dances. I know one club that only lets their staff only do champagne rooms not regular VIP, which means the cheapest option if you want to do a dance with a shot girl/waitress/bartender is 3 for $90 or 30 minutes for $250.

I also know one shot girl that became a dancer for a week before she was about to move away. She was a ROB and said she would never do a 2fer1 even when the DJ announced it she was making too much money. Oh well, her loss not mine!

Shot girls are the easiest to get back to VIP. I just chat them up when they come around, buy 3-4 shots, and get them to do the shots with you. After that I usually ask them and 8 times out of 10 they dance. Regular LD have been turned down a couple of times, but VIP is always a winner. In my experience they dance in the 7-8 range with 10 being the best non-extras dance you could get. YMMV, but they usually have a smaller move set than the average dancer.

With bartenders it's harder because there isn't always staff to cover the bar while they are dancing. Plus bartenders are the best at putting up that wall, protecting them from customer advances. Only once have I gotten that sexy bartender to do LDs, and a couple of times I have gotten VIP dances with them.

I have never gotten that sexy waitress to dance.

I agree with HonestT that servers are often up for a little LD action. In fact some of my favs serve and dance on alternate nights. Got an impromptu LD from a server at John's Hot Spot back in December. The place was dead on a Sunday afternoon and she started straddling me as I sat at my table on the main club floor. It was obvious that she wanted more than what we could do on the main floor so she asked permission from the bartender to take me to the VIP. Why not? We had a good time and it was something of a turn-on to have her strip out of her street clothes down to a lacy thong for some uninhibited LD action.

On a slow night at Temptations in KC, I was talking up the bartender. She was a good looking brunette, shorter hair, with a chilly British accent. She had an odd name--Zazie or something like that. It was the second time I had talked to her. In a juice club, the bartender doesn't do much. I suspected that she had danced somewhere before. I told her that she ought to be dancing since she looked better than anyone they had (true). I asked if she would ever consider dancing even just once for a customer and she initially declined. Then she said, "Oh, hell, there's nobody here, why not?" We went to VIP and she did two dances (that's all I could afford at the time, I was on my way out the door). She took her blouse off and danced in bra and jeans. Nice natural rack and small, firm butt. She did a pretty good job and even managed to work in some quick stick shifting. There was good grindage and lots of breathing in my ears. I think she enjoyed and certainly appreciated the change of scenery. I went back a year later and she was gone.

I haven't yet but I'm working my ass off right now 2 make that happen lol
