BAY CITY — Federal investigators have charged a Midland County man with passing counterfeit money at a Saginaw County strip club. Matthew Randolph was charged in a complaint signed by Magistrate Judge Charles E. Binder in Bay City, court records show. U.S. Secret Service investigators claim Randolph spent $167 in fake cash July 2 at the Deja Vu in Kochville Township, plus $10 on July 25 at an unidentified gas station in Midland County. mlive.com
