Despite concerns from city officials and neighborhood residents, the brothers' attorney says plans call for a sports bar, not a strip club.

That area of Washington is a hot spot for nightclubs right now. Although it is smart to diversify, the present economic situation has left the city with some prime spots to open a strip club, if someone wants to build from the ground up.
