I know we've discussed dancers and their perceived money needs around the end of the month and before Christmas, but what about after the holidays? Do you find the girls are ok financially with the gifts out of the way, or are they even more desperate trying to pay for them or to make rent/cell phone bills, etc.?
I must be getting too old to see opportunities right in front of me. On reading the responses, I get it. If a dancer didn't get everything she wanted from various Santas, she might be available for extras for the elves. We'll see after New Year's.
I only made one night visit to strip clubs during the entire month of December so far. Sadly I don't think I missed too much. The local clubs aren't nearly as fun to visit as they once were. One club I gave up on. It's dead since they messed it up and made the nude club topless. Two other clubs are putting more restrictions on dancers and the dances they do making the clubs a lot less fun to visit. I find myself staying home a lot more and just saving my money.
If you thought the economy was reflective of the crowds in the local clubs, you might think we're in a depression. It's really just authorities putting additional restrictions on dancers making the clubs not as fun to visit. People stay away then.
That is kind of like the democrats putting lots of extra costs on businesses through new EPA regulations and health care taxes yet to go in effect. The costs get passed along. Businesses hire people overseas instead of here in the US. Business dies here. Jobs get lost here or businesses do without hiring workers. Other countries without all of our restrictions are more successful than we are. The people who believe the government should provide for all get their wish. The government takes from all more and more and provides less and less. Even today I keep hearing about upset New Yorkers talking about snow in the streets not getting cleaned up. It'll get a lot worse as governments fire more and more workers and cut back services. Yet our leaders and some people still act like socialism and the government providing for all is the way to go. We get even more restrictions and even new rules in strip clubs. It's not as fun to visit strip clubs for me anymore so I'm staying home a lot more.
Steve...definitely opportunity related. I remember a few years ago a dancer gave me a special deal early January because she had spent all her $ on xmas for her kids and had to pay her bills. She basically told me to "pay her what I thought it was worth." I got a ton of dances, she made some $..pretty win-win situation I thought.
With all the action I get from fav otc, it is tough for me to get to the clubs. Lots of time she will be at $100 for FS and I know clubs wont have that deal. I miss going to the clubs.
