The more urban part of town down on Two Notch apparently led to 24 arrests in two days. None of the girls were above a 1...these weren't strippers moonlighting for sure. All African-American except one white man. Guessing in this case he must have stood out in the neighborhood.

I wonder what the rates were? Kind of sad to see a 16 year old busted for solicitation. I would say Amy Louise rates above a 1...maybe a 4. But yeah for most of them it is hard to tell if they are male or female.
