I'm in my mid-50s and wondered if any of you more seasoned gentlemen ever take Viagra before going to the club. I've been considering it. Time is $$, so getting hard fast at the beginning of a LD would maximize the time. I'm not as young as I used to be and things do not work quite as fast as when I was younger.
John McCain is stumped when asked about his feelings about health insurance companies that cover Viagra and not birth control

If you are interested in a free trial of an ED med such as Cialis, etc. try searching on the web or ask your doctor.
Here is a coupon for 3 free Levitra tablets (with a prescription)

which is an Indian company that ships fast, I got my package exactly 7 days after ordering. The pills are made by Cipla which is quality stuff.
I tried a 100 mg Viagra + Tagamet once at home, it didn't have much effect. From my reading, Tagamet, taken with Viagra, increases its potency and duration, 400 mg is the amount to take.
I've had better results with 20 mg Cialis. I'm 47 and wouldn't call myself dysfunctional, but I've lost the ability to get it up just by looking, Mr. Happy requires direct stimulation and the Cialis helps get him up with less effort. Most of the time it gets him happy faster during a LD, that's what you're looking for so I'd recommend it. Maybe 1 time out of 5 it doesn't help much, not sure why.
Another thing that helps with blood flow is L-Arginine which is $4 for a bottle of 50 at Walmart. Recommended dose is 3 grams a day. I had moderate hypertension and have been using it to keep my blood pressure down. I don't take my BP medicine anymore, the one I was taking is in a class particularly bad in terms of hindering your ability to get it up.
I have tried all 3 on free samples from my M.D.Viagra works best for me. Remember this is only an aid. You still have to be aroused to get it up. Some times it works. Other times it doesn't. Depends on the dancers skills.
I recommend watching "I think I Love My Wife" movie starring Chris Rock. He takes a Viagra tablet and his erection lasts more than 4 hours. The medic states he has risk of going blind so they are going to have to draw blood out of his penis using a needle. He was screaming and going crazy and they had to hold him down to do it. Hilarious movie scene.
if anyone is getting a drug w/o a script/dr visit you are taking a chance. email me if you have drug questions for this and others.. i obviously cant give 'legal' medical advice as i dont have licenses everywhere.... but i can let you know the basics and basic info
if you have any blood pressure or CAD you need to be careful with viagra, it does kill people all the time....
i thought Tricare Prime covered viagra and levetra 100% and yes 6 is the limit the USG pays for per mo
george, Do we have an M.D. on board? I know that there is at least one poster on here that does buy that stuff. The idea scares the hell out of me. I would never do it. I retired recently and have NO drug insurance. The premiums just don't seem to justify it for the little RX's that I use. They are both expensive. My PCP has had me on LOTREL 5/40MG for over ten years. My BP is in the normal range. The other is Viagra 100/50MG. 6 per month would meet my needs. curious.

If your erection lasts for four hours...call for more women!
I still work (as contractor now) on a military base, so I get them straight from the post hospital pharmacy. "HOOAH!"
