I’ve been to Amsterdam, Medellin, Cartagena, Bogota, Panama City Panama but to me nothing is Tijuana.
I have heard from several people that Tijuana during Halloween/Day of the Dead weekend is a must do experience. The thoughts of Mexican sluts dressed up as sexy nurses, cops and any other Halloween character that could be cleverly sexualized enticed my interests. While it did not disappoint, I left wanted a bit more.
I arrived in San Diego on Thursday afternoon and did my usual. Walk to Terminal 2, caught the 992 bus to the Santa Fe Depot at Broadway and Park Boulevard. Obtained my all new PRONTO card and in 40 minutes I was at San Ysidro PedEast walking across the border with my passport card.
