Queens. Two airports. Laguardia, JFK. The Unisphere. The '86 Mets. GoodFellas. US Open. Aqueduct Racetrack. Coming To America. King of Queens. The Nanny. John Gotti. Donald Trump. Ray Ramano. Don Rickles. 50 Cent. Tony Bennet. Beatles at Shea in '65. Also outside of Manhattan, Queens is hands down the epicenter of the outer borough strip club scene in New York City with only 3 clubs in Brooklyn, 2 in the Bronx and 0 in Staten Island as opposed to Queens has 14 but I suspect 5 of those are done to make 9 Strip clubs going. Most clubs are in North Queens Long Island City/Astoria area right across from Manhattan. It might be a little on the DL but the area has been going under so many changes in the last couple decades. Brooklyn gets all the attention in that department, but a place like Long Island City under the radar has completely Brooklynized if you will. Used to be a real industrial area but now you got tons of people living there and all these skyscrapers now. I only mention it to paint the picture of where maybe this area is going and what effect it can have on the strip clubs nearby for better or worse but there is way more money here than 20 years ago, that is for sure. Now lets go to Queensbridge, home of Nas start it off. It ain't hard to tell why https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=3hOZaTGn…

Strip Clubs...

Atlantis in Woodhaven- This one's down in South Queens. On Woodhaven and Atlantic. Huge security team. Not even the hood. It'd be tough to get a firearm in here the is the most thorough search I've been through. TSA level stuff. Even bigger cover at $40 that goes up later in the night. Alcohol. Club talent is strictly black/ latina. Busty instagram types here. Fake/Natural Big Lips/Booties/Boobies Dancers and Bartenders. Only standing lap dances at bar, slap the booty and tip kind of thing. No vip or lapdance area. Mostly a hip hop urban type crowd. Not my sort of club and that cover is crazy. But talent here is good if that wanna be Kim Kardashian instagram look is your thing.

Vixen in Ridgewood- On Metropolitan Ave. Area is fine. Parking is limited but there is a lot. No cover. Alcohol club. Stage inside of bar. Tip Parade. Slower joint than some other spots. Talent latina/black/white. Average overall. Maybe you find something decent here though. Dances are $25 here in the back. Community dance area partitioned off from the rest of the club. Not watched but mileage all over the place. One dance I set I had, great mileage, one air dance.

Vanity Club NY in Elmhurst- On Queens Blvd. Which is a busy throughfare. Parking in the back, not much of it though. Cover $20. Alcohol club. Pat frisk. Big line up. Mostly Latina/Black girls here. Talent mostly 6's or 7's. Nothing crazy. Bar on left. Stage on right. Nice place, not big though. Dances are out in the open with tips and they have curtain VIP booths $100 for every 10 minutes. Just an ok spot.

Show Palace in Long Island City- Right under the 59th Street bridge. Parking might be a pain in the ass but one of the nearby streets might have something. Cover is $25. This is easily the nicest outer borough club, and one of the nicest clubs in the city period. They filmed that movie Hustlers with JLo here. If your into more natural Black and Latina girls this is the place to go. No alcohol here, nude club. And doesn't close until like 8am that's latest I've ever seen. Big lineups, good talent. Some good looking waitresses. More of a party like atmosphere. There a few stages around and more standard chairs with tables all around. Regular lap dances in a somewhat open lap dance area are $25 a song or you can go to a back room for $80 for 15 minutes. Those do have cameras. Depends who's working some those rooms some bouncers will fall back and some will barge in the middle of your dances and offer tic tacs. So I don't know. The talent here is good enough to warrant a visit though. A lot of newbie dancers come through here maybe because they wanna be like Jlo and Cardi B. https://nypost.com/2019/09/21/why-women-…

NYC Gentleman's Club in Woodside- Right off the BQE and down the block from Starlets. Used to be $20 cover but apparently recently they dropped that. IDK if that's forever. Two kind of rooms. One with the bar and stage, it's pretty tight. And then the back room with the bathroom and the LD dance area/VIP rooms. Dances are $40 for one song and $20 thereafter. VIP is $200 for 30 minutes with apparently you can have some fun in. Dancers mixed black, white and latina. Talent was sort of average and certainly not enough to warrant $40 even though it's just the first song, still too much for the what you got working here, and the customers who are likely strolling in. It's more typical Queens girl next door kind of types that work here, not like supermodel kind of girls but it feels like that's what's it costs. It's good they dropped the cover though that is a sign that maybe they are taking in the hint that they were killing their customers. Out front is always a shit show, clean up your bags of dogs shit. Even if it's not yours, it's just not a good look, coming in and smelling that crap.

Riviera in Astoria- Astoria is a good area. Parking can be a bitch though but at night you should find something. Walk in $20 cover. Pat down. Metal Detector. Alcohol. Hookah. Dark club, more of a hip hop vibe customers and music wise. There's sort of two areas, Main room with an oval bar with stages in the middle. Tip Parade. Then a side room with a bar and couches. You can get dances there or on the sides out in the main room for $20. Dances are $30 pre pay in the main room booths. When I've been it's kind of weird but a lot of dancers here look the same. Not too much out of this world but a lot of like 5'1-5'3 sort of younger latinas, black hair, decent looking on the smaller side types. Like a lot of girls that work here fit that description. Sometimes I even lose track of who's who. Some fake, some natural. Big lineup overall even on weekdays. Not out of this world talent but certainly solid talent overall here. Alright option I would say.

Sugar Daddy's in Long Island City- Right off the Long Island Expressway in a completely industrial area. There is a lot with valet but I avoid and just park down the street you'll find something down one of those side streets. Cover is free before 10 and $20 after. Pat down, metal detector. Layout is one big open room. Big bar with stage in the middle. Tip Parade. Talent is mostly Latinas, some black and white in there though. More silicone than you would see at Show Palace. I think talent is above average here. Some girls at the bar, and the rest off to the side on their phones if they aren't dancing. Lap Dance is a nearby room it's an open door but separate room can't be seen from the bar is ok mileage, two way touch definitely cool but can't go too crazy a bouncer does monitor the room from the camera in there. idk if it's always being watched or not but he stays right outside. VIP that's $150 for 15 minutes and $300 for 30 minutes. Haven't pulled the trigger on that yet but will eventually just because I always find a one or two girls here at night that is worthy. Nice club though, I think one of the better options in Queens IMO.

Starlet's in Woodside-Right by the merge of the Grand Central Parkway and BQE in Woodside. Right around the corner from NYC Gentleman's club. Industrial area, parking you should be able to find a spot on one of the roads. Opens later on at 1030 and goes till 4. Cover heavy $40. Through search, pat down, stomp feet. Vaccine card, ID scan. Instagram girl type club, big booty, big boobs black/latina/mix type girls. Alot silicone in here. Similar to kind of club to Atlantis in woodside. Big celeb, rapper spot. Hip Hop type music/vibe/crowd. The bartenders (referred to as "startenders") here are really hot and notibly hotter than the dancers. There's a lot of them, and they are always on their phones taking instagram selfies or whatever the fuck. They draw in the customers by being instagram stars. Apparently the bartenders and dancers bit of beef here. https://nypost.com/2020/02/15/trash-bags… Big bar, stage inside of that. Not seating at the bar just standing. Two different elevated areas lined with couches. You can get dances up there from the dancers for $25. It is visible to the rest of the club but nobody is up there standing over you either. Bartenders not able to give dances. Not my kind of place.

Gallagher's 2000-Long Island City. Industrial area. There's a valet but I don't use it, I find something on the side streets. $10 cover. ID check, Mag walk through. Inside rectangle bar with stage inside. If it gets real busy they will open up the right side stage which is like a normal strip club stage with tables around. Tip Parade spot. Single Lap Dances as of this writing have been off the menu but if they come back those are $25 in a community dance room up the stairs to the left. Opposite that on the right, top and bottom are the VIP booths. 15 min for $100 is the cheapest option right now. Those booths do have cameras. Line up is historically pretty good. Down at the moment, not nearly as busy. Perhaps no single lap dances have something to do with it. Latina/Russian dominant with some American black and whites. They even have a giant Godzilla sized stripper https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=RwbDqt-1… I would still try to hit that, just a couple booster seats and I'm good to go.

Likely Closed Strip Clubs...

Mermaids in Astoria- This place might be toast. Astoria is a good area. $10 to get in. Just a long bar with a stage inside. No lapdances here. Girls mostly black or latina. Talent I thought was sub par. I would never go back here. Just a bar with a view. There is a greek food truck right outside here, King Souvlaki. Some of the best greek food you can get, spend that strip club money here instead and get a gyro.

Europa Bar in Jamaica- This might be shut for good. Good riddance. Right by the Jamaica Train station which is extremely busy. Jamaica is the rough part of Queens. No cover, but it's just a shitty bar with awful talent. Black/Latina dancers all over 40. Dances are $20. I would just pass this one up, might be the worst strip club in the city.

Privileged Gentleman's Club in Sunnyside- On Queens Blvd. I've tried going a few times on different days at different times. It's always closed. This place has go to be done but if any of y'all know otherwise lmk.

Secrets in Rosedale-Haven't had the chance to get here yet but it opened and then closed again. Might be done but maybe it comes back.

Angels in Flushing- Also haven't got to here yet. Covid closure. A lot drama there anyway I doubt it comes back. Cardi B got into with a couple bartenders here or some shit https://www.nytimes.com/2019/06/21/nyreg… In the chop shop, industrial part of Queens (where you guy to get your car repainted in Grand Theft Auto) right by Citi Field.

Spots to eat. Deli's I like Sorriso in Astoria. Old school italian deli/pork store and you go in the morning all the guys are over 60. Just an old school joint ran by old school dudes. After the clubs you got Cherry Valley Deli in Whitestone, 24/7 good heroes. Pizza, I like New Park Pizza down in Howard Beach. I would say it's the most famous Queens pizza spot.

If your strip clubbing in NYC and not in Manhattan, your probably going to Queens. I used to like Gallagher's 2000 prior but now I would put my top picks for the borough are Sugar Daddy's and Show Palace. Thus concludes my overview of the 5...er make that 4 borough's of New York City. Alway's defer to a regular on these spots but hopefully these quick breakdowns can give y'all out there a quick run down on what you might like and what you might not like and dig into the reviews from there. Now look after hitting all these fucking strip clubs I'm tired, I'm exhausted, I'm stressed out. Let's go to St Alban's own A Tribe Called Quest to end it. https://youtu.be/aqsSqWtNp7A?t=19

Muddy, I like the effort and it is full of good information. However, from a guy who lived in NYC in the 80's and 90's, not sure I want to go to any of these places. It sounds like it is expensive and if you are lucky you get some mileage. I remember better days in Queens, maybe even Manhattan.

RTP I hear ya. In all fairness I didn't say you would have a "great time" but hey you know otc can happen anywhere. But I know man put this way my EZ pass bill is a mother fucker every month, a lot of GW, Verrazano hits on there. Would I rather have LA clubs? Yeah I would but I try to make the best of it. I will say this, at the very least there a fuck ton of options. Small cities, I've been there, your can be held hostage by the only one or two decent clubs there. If you willing to travel a bit, that's not really a thing here, your able to at least get some variety.

Damn, I'm glad I read this. Years ago I used to do a lot of work on Staten Island and would hit up Lipstick's. I never go to SI anymore, but live in NJ close by. I had been thinking about heading over there not realizing that it closed, apparently a long time ago! Lol

Seems like Queens has changed a lot since I lived in Bayside and worked in Flushing, with a satellite shop in Ridgewood, I don't remember but a few strip clubs in Queens, I'm outta there since 1977 or so, but back then we used to hit the clubs in Forest Hills, near Queens Blvd, but most of the strip clubs were in either Suffolk County on Long Island or in the Bronx Near the Hunts Point market, and those places were as ratchet as it get's, there were a few strip clubs in the City, but we went into the City to discos like Studio 54 or CBGBs and a few other well known spots, I didn't really go into strip clubs very often as we had a large group of friends and we used to meet single women easily and often, but good write up, I was very familiar with these areas back in the day, and many of these areas that you describe as safe were quite differen't back in the day.
