Exploring Texas Clubs

Been bouncing around clubs in Texas for many years. Thought I would offer the community some thoughts and observations.

Comments are based on pre-covid, I have not been out since all this started in the spring. My feeling is that after some variations during re-opening, everything will settle down to normal.

If your not familiar with a standard lap dance in Texas, it is full on booty contact with grinding. Yes, there are occurrences of "air" dances but definitely not the standard. High percentage hands on boobs. Most every club is $20 (there are exceptions, $10 floor dances with a $5 day one day a week at a couple of clubs in central TX). During the try out dance you will quickly know if more is available. The "handshake" over the pants is common if you are in the right club. If you are wearing shorts, high percentage of up the leg action during a dance (or sometimes while at the table).

Will touch on the topic of club selection. Not every club is wide open or semi wide open. Do your research on reviews, it will show up. Second even in high action clubs not 100% of dancers are going to provide extras. I have spent some time in south Florida, if you are in certain clubs it seems like 100% of the dancers are fair game for extras. Not quite that open in Texas.

Most clubs standard dances occur at the table you are sitting. One exception is St. James (northside of Houston) where dances occur in small rooms. Each side of the club has a hallway with 3 rooms on each side. Open doorway, if someone walks down the hall they can look in the door and view. Standard practice here is for the dancer to place a chair in the doorway to announce the room is occupied.

Several clubs have VIP seating. Not the same as VIP room, rather a segregated area which is not high traffic and has fewer customers. Tables may be spread out and building "forts" are possible. If your not familiar with the term, forts are arranging high back chairs for privacy. Most of these clubs also have some form of more private areas. Just utilizing a multi-tier approach. One note to consider, most clubs management is comfortable with forts being built. Granted its kind of obvious, but haven't seen issues. If you find yourself in a club that has next level seating available, pay the $20 and move there, its worth it.

My visits are about extras, receiving more than a standard dance, so that will slant my comments. I don't cultivate ATF's, I love the variety of someone new. While there are clubs that I visit semi-often, I never try to fall into the regular category.

Most clubs girls will circulate and ask to sit at the table. If I am not getting the traffic I want, tip ($3-5) dancers I am interested in at the stage and ask them to join me, or just wave a dancer down that is walking through the club. Not hard to get company at the table.

I know its true of a lot of areas, but a good example in Texas are two clubs in San Antonio: Palace and Mens Club. Maybe a couple of miles between them. Used to have the same owner. Never had any success at Palace (therefore did not visit many times) but friends that were regulars said it was fantastic. On the other hand Mens Club, I don't think it makes any difference on whether you are a regular or not.

Also one note that applies to San Antonio which has gone to requiring pasties (I think a couple of years ago). If I am at one of my "goto" clubs and I see a dancer on stage who does not take her top off, it is probably because she is not wearing pasties. She is focused on lap dance and VIP earnings as opposed to stage earnings. That is a dancer to explore.

If you are curious what my go to clubs are, check my reviews.

Will pause and post. Curious if this is of interest to the community or if it will get torn to pieces.

If there is interest then will continue with Part 2.

Wow, so at the Palace and Men’s Club you have the option to not wear pasties if top stays on? Perfect 10 requires that no exceptions.

The main thing about the Palace that has kept me away is I heard they require a schedule? But that would be amazing, because the pasties are annoying. But I’ll probably default back to P10 anyways when in SA...

Don't believe it is an option at any clubs in SA. I think it is how rigid the individual club enforces the rule. The two clubs I mentioned were examples of being a regular vs. occasional visitor. The pastie comment was a general comment related to personal observations a 2-3 clubs that I tend to frequent (not calling them out).

At Rick's in San Antonio, I've seen lots of women who don't wear the latex because they keep their tops on while onstage. Back in the VIP area, it's a whole different story.

Go ahead with Part 2 and make sure to address post-COVID atmosphere.

If it was going to be in multiple parts, it should say so upfront. Don't worry about what we think of your writing style. If it's on topic go for it.
