Being comfortable even when the club has a dress code

Every dancer’s favorite- cause they told me so
I am not nearly as experienced as many of the other PL’s on this site but I thought I’d give my two cents on why I wear what I wear at the clubs. There have been numerous discussions regarding this critical issue and there is no definitive answer as it comes down to personal comfort and the club dress code, if any.

First a few common sense suggestions. Never wear a belt. Buckles are hard and can have sharp or pointed edges. Their proximity to areas (yours and hers) that can be sensitive discourages higher mileage grinding. Also avoid jeans, corduroy or wool pants. While there may some blends that are comfortable these materials tend to be thicker with less softness. Finally lose the coat and tie. I have seen guys in clubs wearing the full business suit and just shook my head. I wear them enough to know they may be comfortable but what’s the point? At least leave the tie and jacket in the car. Aside from the fact that you’re risking a hefty dry cleaning bill the club temperature is set for scantily clad dancers to be comfortable.

I prefer to wear shorts to clubs, more comfortable to me and also allows easier access should the dancer be so inclined. I have several pairs of golf shorts that are perfect. They are very soft (something several girls have noticed and commented on how it feels for them) and are made with cotton/spandex blend that uses the wicking technology. Aside from the fact that they dry extremely fast should an unexpected ldk occur they have some other features I like.

First of all both back pockets have buttons so there is better security for the larger bills. I usually keep $100/$50’s in one pocket and $20’s in other. Smaller bills in front pocket for easier tipping access. Second the waist has some elasticity so her grinding feels much better. Gob Jr. has ample room to expand his horizons should the situation arise. This elasticity along with the spandex blend has the added benefit that if her hands accidentally move up the shorts there’s plenty of room for all or any otp activity is more pleasant. Finally there is one button on the inside of the waist in addition to the one above the fly. Should the grinding cause an issue with the latter button the inside one provides me an extra level of safety. I also have a few pairs of the long golf pants that have the same features for the cold weather visit.

These shorts look nice so they don’t have issue with club dress codes. I know the club I usually go to will not allow athletic shorts. I am not going to get into the commando debate as that is a personal preference, although I will say that I have gone commando once wearing these shorts (not intentional just some unforeseen circumstances) and there was no uncomfortable chafing.

As far as shirts I love the Columbia PFG shirts. They are lightweight and very comfortable. I enjoy it when a dancer is sitting with me and undoes a few buttons so she can rub my chest. That always has me reaching for my $$ to get a dance or 6. These shirts are designed to be worn untucked so the cut is a little bit longer. That comes in handy if you don’t want the entire club to know either you are sporting full wood or you did achieve ldk status. I also like that these shirts usually have pockets on both sides that button or Velcro closed. They come in long or short sleeve and variety of colors.

As an added benefit these shirts have collars so if the club has a rule requiring them you are good to go. I also have a couple of button-down denim shirts that I like. These also are cut a bit longer and look good untucked (allows coverage of that personal area if you desire). I guess my age shows in that I have always believed if you are gonna be tucked in you should wear a belt, and I just can’t wear a belt in the club.

Finally the shoes. I usually wear my Jimmy Buffet boat shoes. They are as comfortable as tennis shoes but just look a bit nicer.

These are just meant to be suggestions or alternatives as I am one of the last people who should give fashion advice. I just wanted to make you guys aware of some clothing options that may help your experience. Would also be nice to hear from the dancers who post on here what they like, or don’t like, customers to wear.

Solid info - it'd be nice if you could post web-pics of the items you are referring to so a PL can better gauge what you are referring to

    Thanks Papi

    Here is link to shirts

    Here’s the shoes I mentioned

I will have to find the shorts. They are not the high end golf shorts (those typically don’t have buttons on back that I want) but are more the casual shorts with same material. Hope the links work.

When heading out to the club, I usually strip down naked and just throw on a raincoat and sneakers.

I'd be interested in seeing pics of the shorts - shorts are what has the impact w.r.t. dances (shirts and shoes not so much) - but no big-deal if you can't come up w/ pics; just mild PL-curiosity on my part

@Papi and Gob: I have mentioned these Haggar Cool 18's before and they have the smooth lightweight feel, expando waist, button pockets and I have never had to iron them. I can also attest that they launder um, er, substances very well:
