It was a beautiful day, the sun beat down I had the radio on, I was drivin' Trees flew by, me and Del were singin' little Runaway I was flyin'. No this article isn't about Tom Petty but I was in the car when Tom Petty came on the radio and I started thinking about The Club and Sports on TV.

For years the Clubs and Sports on TV have been associated with other in fact as long as I can remember they have been. Whether that be the Baseball Game, Football Game, Boxing Match and now UFC etc. So why are these 2 connected with each other?

If you go to the Club are you watching the girl on stage or trying to find the right girl to take to the Private Room? When you go to the Club are you watching the game or the match which many times doesn't have the sound on and if it does you can't hear it over the music anyway?

The Male brain is like a squirrel looking for nuts meaning we have the attention span that doesn't go very long. While we may be looking at that one pretty girl we are still interested in the score of the game. We are still interested in watching a person get kicked in the head (Not me but I'm not hear to knock those who do) With the Fantasy Sports we are always keeping track of that one player and while that game may not be on TV we are still waiting for that one highlight and if that means we have to interrupt the beautiful girl sitting next to us we most likely will.

Clubs are well aware of this and that is why Sports on TV work at the Club. They love being able to show that big UFC Match with a Big Crowd knowing beautiful women are walking around naked or half naked drawing your attention away from what's on TV. Sports and Clubs work so well together and we as Club goers buy into it all while making the club money while being there.

As a Business Major and a Lover a business I refer to a line from Field of Dreams. "If You Build It They Will Come" Clubs will always build it and we will come.
