As others have written, Joy's is in an industrial part of town but it's easy to find. It's just off 290 near the Beltway, and even though it's hidden behind a gas station, there's a big sign up front for the driveway. I visited on Sunday evening which is a quiet night, so the parking lot was largely empty, and there was no valet guy (or security guy).

The club outside looks like a warehouse, and inside it the ceiling looks quite industrial. However, it has been decorated nicely. There is a large main stage in one room and a sports bar/billiards room in the other. The bar is also very nice. Around the main stage there are many small tables, and there are a few booths lining the walls.

I got there pretty late, just after midnight, after a disappointing night at nearby Splendor. Splendor was really terrible that night with only about 8 girls, and 3 attractive ones that were always busy. There were also 3 large groups of pretty rowdy guys.
