This is probably the smallest club...

This is probably the smallest club I've ever been. Just an odd-shaped bar and a small stage at one end. Cover was $5, draft beer was $3.

Got there around 8pm, had only about 5 dancers and 5 customers (was told I missed the crowd earlier). Dancers do get topless at the end of their song rotation. They're supposed to have "pasties" on their nipples, but really, it's just a small piece of scotch tape. They go around asking for $1-$2 tips after stage dance.

Only one dancer was a 7, one was a 6, the rest 5 or below. Talked to the hottest one, tall blonde with DDs manmades. Upstairs VIP lapdances cost an initial $20 to the house, $20 per song afterward. Dances were liberal (compared to few other PHL clubs I've been to), with hand roaming allowed. Had 2 dances and left.
