The crack-down (or up, depending on the dancer) from back at the end of June only lasted a couple of weeks. Mama-San was hired and stationed in VIP, and would actually come over and sit down next to you and your dancer during a dance. Reminded me of the referee in high school wrestling. But her job was to make sure that you weren't having very much fun. I was just waiting for her to slip her hand in to see if either of us was in full contact with the mat...or...each other.

After a few days of being harassed by customers and dancers alike, she quit. Fearing that all mama-sans would be treated similarly, the owner made the dancers all swear on a stack of phone books that they wouldn't break the rules any more. No more mama-san. No more bright lights in VIP.

Good clientele mix. Lots of variety in dancers. Un-annoying DJ at night. Full contact laps in semi-private area. Nude on stage - but stage lighting is annoyingly dim during the day. Renovated restroom is clean. No booze, but there's an upscale bar next door and hand stamp come-go at the club. Cordial staff.
