This was not my first visit...

This was not my first visit to the Squire and probably won't be my last. It was a Thur night as has been previously written, the club is on rt60 just off rt1, easy to get to with plenty of parking. The first annoyance is that you need to walk through a metal detector which means you have to empty your pockets of all you keys and change. Additionally, you will not be able to bring your cell phone in if it has a camera which almost all current cells phones do.

The club is big with a large stage across the front and a large bar across the back. I usually chose to sit at the bar facing the stage. Tuesday night is amateur night so there is larger number of girls on than a normal week night. Most of the dancers are nice but typical of the MA clubs the not contact rule is strictly enforced. Drinks are cheaper here than the Cab or the Banana just up rt1 so it is a relatively good value. My main complaint about the Squire (other than not being able to keep my cell phone) is that it seems like everyone who works there is miserable. The dancers are OK but the barmaids and waitresses all seem to be in a perpetual bad mood. Granted I am not there to see all shiny happy wait staff (which is why I will continue to visit the Squire) but in the many years I have been visiting this club, it always amazes me that everyone is so consistently grumpy like they all hate working there. I small smile here and there would kill tyem and might even elicit a extra tip.
