Archibalds is the club I always go back to when in Washington, DC. It’s classy, has hot dancers, is friendly, and is not as dark and stuffy as Camelots. The setup is a single room, with a bar running down one side and the main stage opposite. The secondary stage is at the end of the room opposite the entry. So, from much of the venue you can have a view of both stages, though the secondary stage will be a bit distant. Drinks start at about $6. There is tipping at the stage, but no table dances or touching, as everywhere in DC.

I visited on a Wednesday afternoon, just before the afternoon shift went out. The girls are mixed, both ethnically and in terms of quality. The quality certainly increases as the afternoon shift goes off and the evening girls come on.
