This is "where the locals go"...

This is "where the locals go" in New Orleans, and therefore has the highest percentage of non-tourists among the clientele of about any NOLa strip club. I like that there is a neighborhood feel (even at high-volume times like Friday night) but I find that this interferes sometimes with access to the girls. You can say "hi" to them when they're doing their thing across the bar-top (a required and SLOW stroll that keeps them occupied, guarantees that everyone can get up to them, and mandates your tipping minimums). But even if you interact with them, and make a deal that they'll come by to see you, they generally don't. I'm a respectful, generally sober customer, and, more important, I'm usually spender -- I'll blow a random $100 on a set of lappers here or there on a girl that I've never met before -- so they OUGHT to want to get to know me and pay attention to me. But oddly, they just go sit with some goatee-fat guy at the bar corner. I'm beginning to think that this place maybe has "connections" and the hottest girls are told they have to give to certain "connected" men perpetual attention. Maybe the girls go home with those men as pay-for-play and have already arranged the evening's full profits, or maybe the girls are just indentured to spending time without profit simply because club management has to please these certain men. Either way, I personally don't get much access to the highest-quality women at Visions. I'm there often enough but I still can't crack the code.
