I was in Phoenix on business...

I was in Phoenix on business for a few days and after reading about the "bush dives" at the Great Alaskan Bush Company, I had to go and check it out for myself. I'm glad I did, because in spite of the fact that I had relatively high expectations based on a number of good previous reviews, my experience was even better than I expected.

First and most importantly - the girls. Excellent to outstanding. Mostly 8's and 9's with one 6 (who was still a great dancer and very friendly) and one 7. Again, with one possible exception, all were relatively young - probably less than 25, and two looked to be between 18 and 20. And the thing that surprised me the most was the quality of the dancing, especially the pole work. Most of the girls were EXCELLENT pole dancers, and two were absolutely outstanding. I know, I know, who comes to a place like this to see "dancing", but the dancing abilities of these girls was just so far above the strip club norm that I just have to comment on it, even though the expected reaction from the readers of this review is a big .... YAWN.

OK, so the girls were hot, and they could dance, but how about the lap dance mileage? My philosophy in a club like this where the laps are done on couches out in the open, in the area surrounding the seating area, is to watch a few girls do their thing with some other patrons and make my decision to partake or not to partake from those observations. The laps are $20, fully nude, and from what I could see, there was a reasonable degree of contact, but not enough to entice me to accept one of the many offers. All the contact that I saw was one-way (dancer to patron). As far as I could tell, the guys hands had to remain pretty much glued to their seats. Compared to the dances in some of the FL, TX and RI clubs that I've visited, this was pretty tame, so I opted to spend my available cash on stageside "bush dives". Other reviewers have commented that this sort of "gyno show" was not their thing, but I have to admit that it I thoroughly enjoy such explicit preversion. If having a girl practically sit on your face isn't your thing, then the GABC probably isn't for you.
