Some recent improvement here.

1. Comosition of the rowd has miraculously improved noticably almost overnight. Could it be because of the increased drop-in police presence I observed on two recent visits? Maybe the ruffians don't want to be around police dropping in.

2. "I can breathe!" The smoking ban has improved the atmoshphere significantly. Archie's lower level is kinda crampaed and didn't lend itself to smoke.
