2 quick comments. My note about "a bit of a hike from the NE side" was a type - my braikn clearly siad NW side, and my fingers "mis-executed". Also, due to a unique employment situation, many times I work till too late.

Brads is now a major hike from the NE side. Did not want to mislead.
