Clientele and Dancer base have changed, Facilities aging, Still fun
I got into Dallas for business and didn't want to sit in my hotel room staring at the walls. So I decided to head to the place that has been my favorite Dallas Strip Club for years. Drove in to the huge parking lot that had a worrying amount of security but was at least well lit.
Went up and paid the now $5 cover(used to be $2), then walked into the huge club with one main stage and six satellite stages that I recalled from earlier days. The beer from the beer tub girl at the entrance was $7.75(used to be $3), I grabbed a beer a waitress asked me if I wanted to sit and I said I would walk around. There is a large bar in the center of the room and it was full of both customers and dancers, with no room to sit. Around the club there was a lot of seating, but most of it was full. Now for the changes, the clientele now has a lot of Indians where I did not see many before. The Dancers were almost all Cubans and very few, if any dyed their hair, so lots of black haired Cubans walking around. I was approached by about five different girls within my first five minutes in the club and turned them all down, I kept wandering the club and I think sending the first five girls away left with some time and space to breathe. The dancer mix was mostly pretty attractive, but the days of the club being full of stacked Texas Blondes appear to be over(the few who were there were conspicuously older), curious if any clubs like that have survived. I went and tipped a dancer I thought was attractive, a blonde dyed Latina, to my pleasant surprise she was American and promised to come find me after her rotation was over in six songs. I went and found a place to sit and wait and was soon approached by an older dancer, who was also American. She wasn't super duper my type but she was fun and funny and I could tell the dance would be a good grind. So we went to the dance area behind the stage, this area is open and well lit and there's not as much of an opportunity to "build a fort" the way there is upstairs. I got a couple of very nice dances with a good grind and when it ended she asked if she could send anyone my way, I said I was good. There was some light upsell to gauge interest in VIP, but I was trying to get back to the dancer I had approached on stage earlier.
I went and found that dancer from earlier and we hung out and had a great time before I asked about dances and she took me to the upstairs bar area. Here the areas along the walls are darker and there are ways to put chairs in the way and hide the dance activities. Space finally opened up against the wall and my new friend and I went over. Dances were outstanding, great grind with stick shifting and two way contact and from what I could tell that seemed to be the standard around the club. I kept a good count, dances were universally quoted at $20/song and left after 5 songs with a good tip.
