Celebrating Fringe Festival, Decided to check out the local strip Clubs

This is located in a semi red light district with the only other two strip clubs in the city literally across the street. There are also some adult book stores and other adult themed places on this street. I visited two of the three on this evening, Western and Baby Dolls. They both had a £5 entry fee. Once inside Western seemed extremely low key. It is basically a local pub with strippers. There was a bar to the right with some bar stools and more seating to the left. The place is relatively small, there are a few booths to the left of the bar and a stage in the back above a staircase that leads downstairs to what I believe are VIP. The regular booths are £10 per song and I believe VIP is £40 and it gives you a slightly larger space.

There were a few dancers and honestly they were not the best. On a scale from 1-10 I would say these are 5-7 but most lean closer towards the 5. Now for those of you who haven't been to a strip club in Edinburgh the rules are very different than in the USA. First off, no one was dancing at all and no one tips the girls just for coming around. Here all the money is made in the lap dance booth. Several girls came around but I honestly wasn't into them and then a Eastern European girl from Belarus who was younger, maybe in her early thirties asked me for a dance. I figured this is as good as it is going to get so I said yes. She was very friendly and leads me to a booth which is extremely narrow, when I sat my shoulders were literally touching the sides. She then gives me the rules which are the same in all of Edinburgh. The rule simply is no touching at all. My hands must remain at my side at all times. The dance begins and I realize it is very sensual. She literally strips all the way; among her more memorable moves is while she is completely naked she climbs up on my quadriceps and balances standing on my legs as I look up staring straight at her cooch. I wound up getting several dances and they were enjoyable. At this point I had enough of this place and decided to go to the other club across the street. Overall if you are in the area and want a good low priced lap dance with no touching, then this is a good choice. However if you must pick only one strip club in the area, then I would go across the street to Baby Dolls. I will post a separate review for that club.
