First time in a long time...

Talk about a throwback visit...hadn't been here in maybe 10 years. Had no idea what to expect, but was drunk with a buddy and said why not. It's BYOB so grabbed beer at the Flying J that's down the street before you get to the venue. Cover was $14. The times I used to walk through the door to pure chaos when DD was at it's peak hit me in the gut when I walked through this time. Place was very dark...no huge TV projections like it used to have. The top stage was now just a solo stage (it used to connect to the 2nd stage that was down a few steps) and no one was on it.

Hardly got to see much talent as it wasn't even that busy for a Sat night just after midnight. Kept seeing girls peak out from up above as their locker room is way above everything. So if they look out and see it's not busy, they're not walking down the steps to mingle. Still dumb after all these years.

Was approached by a hot blonde, but then I had flashbacks and remember she was there 10 years ago. Won't lie, she still looks the same so props to her. Declined a dance as it's $40 now. Damn...who is paying that in Iowa these days? I hate doing it in Tampa and the women are smokeshows. Bring back the $20-25 dances for 2025! Can we start that movement? lol
