fine, but not really worthwhile
I was in KC for work, staying downtown, so I thought I'd see what the area had to offer. It was in a decent area, by my standards (I am also from a bigger city), walking distance from where I was staying. The strip club area is part of a larger building, with an adult dvd/sex toy shop on once side and the club on the other. Cover was $20 (and you get an actual paper ticket!). The club looks like it was an old nightclub at one time - like an old, old nightclub with a small stage and elevated seating. Clean with friendly staff.
Being KC, there is no beer or booze. They do have a small bar for water and soda. I got a bottled water which was $3. The stage had seating right in front, but I took a seat at a table to get the lay of the place first. There was a girl, white with very nice tits, who'd I'd smiled at while I was at the bar and she sat down next to me almost right away. She was very chatty and my type, so I asked about a dance. Lap dance were $20/song and a "private show" was something like $150 for three songs. I got a dance, since the stage show really wasn't doing much for me. The dance area is just behind the "regular" area - like the elevated back part of the room from the old nightclub days - so not private at all. Dances are done on these weird couches that are kind of a like a couch/bean bag chair hybrid. Like the seating part is just more of an overstuffed slant than a traditional seat. Very odd and I am not sure of the reason.
And if a $20 dance feels like a bargain - well, it's really just a $20 dance. It was fine, but she didn't fully take off her top, just kind of teased her tits and nipples. No hands allowed. It really just seemed like a tease for the more expensive private session.
