Terrible value. Portland has too many good clubs to go here.

Trigger warnings: this PL made dumb decisions and this place provides a terrible value.

This place is Portland's version of a Cheers replica bar--right down to the crappy price/value proposition. It has associations with famous musicians and comedians, so it has some tourism value. It is also open after most normal bars are closed. I visited twice, once late at night and once early afternoon. One nice thing about this place is that they are open earlier in the day than other downtown clubs.

Cover on a Monday night was just $2 and there was no day cover. Good beer was only $6, but a cocktail was stupid: $17.
