Cats are sleeping with dogs! Penthouse is the best value club in Baltimore?!

I’ve written a few times that the Baltimore scene is in transition, with girls moving among the clubs and pricing and options changing, usually for the worse. Prices are up most everywhere but it’s not demand driven. In fact, it’s the opposite. There are less customers (bad economy) and more dancers (bad economy), but the clubs are raising prices presumably to maintain their profit levels. This is shortsighted and not sustainable, but it is the current situation.

In addition to the environmental change, PHC changed ownership 15-18 months ago, which has added to the inconsistency as they’ve changed a few things. Good news is that there is some good value to be had here, especially during the day shift, and the ladies are the hottest in the area. Seems counterintuitive.

So where’s the value? During the day, it’s free parking and no cover before 6 or 7p. At night, you’ll pay $10 for parking and a $20 cover, not horrible but not nothing either. During the day it’s also half price drinks ($5 beers) and a decent $5 food menu, burgers, tenders, fried shrimp and even a steak. I think it’s a sirloin, but what do you want for 5 bucks?
