Amazing Dances at an Amazing Price

I was surprised and impressed with The Ebony Inn. I went there because it seems like the one place in the area to offer lap dances for a pretty decent price. And my main takeaway is that lap dances are their specialty. It seems to focus almost entirely on lapdances, with a few dancers in the middle floor. Both the dancers and the clientele were almost entirely African-American, with a few Hispanic exceptions. As a white guy myself, I felt entirely comfortable and welcome there.

When I arrived, parking was available across the street for a $10 fee. Ouch. Then an entry fee of $20. So I was out $30 before even entering. Once you enter and are patted down, you are in a bright room with a long bar and pool table. It was crowded with customers and dancers milling about. The dancing was in a separate room behind another door. This room was dark, and had a large dance floor with about three or four dancers dancing, and dollar bills covering the floors. It seemed that dancers would come and go there as they pleased, not on any sort of rotation, and I never saw anyone collecting the dollar bills. Some dancers spent most of their time on the floor, and many never went onto the floor. Around the outside of the room were chairs, tables, and sofa-style seating. You immediately notice the number of people getting lap dances in these seats. Everything is out in the open, with no privacy, and it seems that no one really cared. Almost immediately I was approached by dancers asking if I wanted a dance, before I had even oriented myself. After a while I accepted one, and it was fantastic. The chairs themselves were fine, not super comfortable. The dance had enough milage that the chair kept slipping back, but I wasn't complaining. I learned the first trick, that the songs all sort of ran into each other that if you don't notice, the dancer won't stop dancing and add up the number of dances without you noticing. I got more dances than expected, but for the milage, it was still a great value. And it was a really nice touch to be able to watch the floor show while getting a great lap dance.

I later wandered around a bit, then settled on one of the sofa-style seating. Again, not the most comfortable. Then I figured out that the far ends of the club had "vip seating" which really meant, not more privacy, but more comfortable seats, for $30 a dance. I asked a dancer what other advantages there are for VIP seating, and she said, just more comfortable seats.
