Mission Accomplished at Baby Dolls

Passing through Dallas and made the obligatory visit to BD on the Friday after the 4th of July. I showed up around 8:30 which is way too early for some of the other Dallas clubs, but you would never know here. The place was packed. I forgot about the "no hats" rule and left my Astros hat with the cashier in front, paid the cover and ordered a beer. As usual the crowd was diverse (old dudes, groups of young guys, high rollers etc.) the energy was high, and there is a girl for every taste. I've noticed in the last few years a higher proportion of latin and Cuban girls, but with 60 or more girls to choose from you'll find what you want. The layout here has been described in detail, but I'll add that I think the best tables are at the bottom of the stairs on the left hand side as you face them. You can see three or four of the stages, see dancers coming and going to the locker/ladies room, and see which dancers are going back and forth to the upstairs. In my experience you want the dancers who give their dances upstairs. The upstairs area has a bar with seating for dances on either side. The chairs are on rollers so the dancers can arrange them for extra privacy, which is a good sign. I usually go for the blonde cheerleader type but this time was blown away by Marta. She was a short, naturally curvy, latina with short hair and a big smile. Her English was great (my Spanish sucks) and I offered her a benjamin and said let's start with that. I know that's not standard but have found the girls like that approach, and after seeing how busy she was most of the night I had a feeling it was a good investment. I was right. This can be a high mileage, full contact club with the right dancer (like Marta). I tipped her anther $50 after a very satisfying five song set, and will certainly be back on my next visit.
