Average club but found a diamond in the rough.

Was in Kansas City for the weekend and decided to check out one of the clubs in the area. Read the reviews on the site here and seems like the pickings are a bit slim but Bazookas might be the best bet. Got to the club around 10ish on a Sat evening. The club is in the downtown KC area and space is at a premium. The tiny parking lot was full and so I had to drive a bit to find parking on a side street. Cover was $25.

The place:

The interior of the club is set up like a small theatre setting with a stage (2 poles) set up on the side of the main room with all the chairs facing it. There are tables in the 2nd through 4 rows of seating and you can also sit at the rail. The rail seating is partitioned off from the main stage creating additional distance from the girl dancing. Bathrooms are off a door to the side and were pretty dreadful. Girls wandered back and forth from the employee only section to the back of the seating area and would mingle with the customers from time to time asking for dances. 1 waitress provided patrons soft drinks, water, and singles if you needed to break change. No booze allowed. I bought a a few cokes for $3 each plus tip.
