I have been to the Promised Land

I have been fantasizing about visiting Club Globe since I first learned about it from TUSCL. After reading the reviews and looking at their website once a day for over a year, I realized this was something I absolutely had to experience firsthand. I have officially checked that box on my bucket list. This was my visit to a FKK / Sauna club of any kind. The experience absolutely lived up to to the hype. There were only a couple minor details that could be categorized as negatives during my visit to Club Globe.

With the amount of research I did on Globe and FKKs in general, I was starting to get the impression that the place was trending down and not as great as I was making it out to be in my fantasies. I read many articles and reviews about how the quality of girls and service had fallen off. I don’t have another FKK visit to compare against, but I thought the quality and service was outstanding. In fact, I struggle to imagine any club in the world being that much better than Globe.

I arrived at Globe on a Thursday at the end of April a little before 4pm. Getting to the train station (Schwerzenbach) is pretty easy from the Zurich HB (central train station). I was staying at a cheap but nice hotel by the Zurich Airport so I had to first to get to the HB to catch a connection to Schwerzenbach. I found the Moovit App very useful for navigating the train system. Zurich has a good train system, but one confusing thing for me was figuring out which gate a specific line/route was departing from. The Apps and website very clearly told which route went where, but figuring out where to go inside train station to catch that train was more challenging at first. I did figure it all out and made it there relatively easy (I did miss one train as part of my connections which caused a 20-25 minute delay in me arriving).
