Crazy Horse has changed - for better or worse depending on what you want

I went back to Crazy Horse for the first time in 8 months. This place has changed A LOT. Whether you think the changes are good or bad depends on what you are looking for in a strip club. Summarized at the bottom of this review.

Here is a quick summary of my experience 8 months ago, for the sake of comparison: I went on a Sunday night from 9pm until Midnight. There were 4 dancers (3 were attractive, 1 was unattractive). The place was pretty seedy and in really bad need of a cleaning and renovations. Filthy carpet, bad lighting, peeing paint, dumpy vending machine selling canned soda. I paid $140 for a 10 minute fully private VIP nude dance (full contact except for kitty), which lasted closer to 20 minutes in a really generously sized private room with a very friendly dancer.

Over the last 8 months, the Deja Vu folks made a lot of changes to this club. They totally cleaned up the club to make it more of an upscale experience. All new carpet. All new paint. New stage lighting. They added a small stylish bar with a very friendly female bartender selling non-alcoholic drinks (the old vending machine is gone). There is a concierge type of guy walking around in a nice suit regularly checking with the customers if they need anything, are they having a good time, do they want an introduction with a specific dancer, need more $1 bills, etc. (This guy is not the manager.) The club definitely does not have the same seedy feeling any longer. The most shocking change is the price of private dances. While I assume that each dancer can set her own price, it seems that the standard 10 minute dance increased to $250 or more!
