Pretty dead on a Tues evening. Not as good as XTC Austin

Was in town for a conference, so decided to kill some time after a late dinner. I'm a big fan of the XTC Cabaret in Austin (had my bachelor party in Austin), so was curious to check out XTC in Dallas.

Dropped in around 9:30 pm. Cover was a reasonable 10 bucks. Even given it was a Tuesday night, I was still somewhat surprised how dead it was. There were only 6-7 girls working and a handful of customers. Most were rotating on the main stage, where there were a few guys (seemed like regulars) that they were engaged with most of the time.

I decided to hang out in the adjacent room with the secondary stage. There was a thicker white girl working that stage. She looked OK, not great. But I was working through a 6-pack (it's BYOB, which I love about Texas clubs)...so I was feeling good and chatted her up. Asked her for BBQ recs in Dallas....which she had trouble coming up with suggestions for, surprisingly, but ended up going with Terry Black's.
